Our Mission

Elevate MD Foundation, inc. connects people with needed financial assistance to receive medical care that will result in their feeling restored, healthy, and whole.

Our Purpose

Offer treatment for traumatic brain injuries and/or hormone therapies to those in need of the services who additionally experience a need for financial assistance, with an emphasis on first responders, veterans, and active members of the military.
Educate on the benefits of holistic health regimen, including cosmetic and hormone therapies.
Collaborate with partner practices in order to provide access to desired services.
Ensure women in need of financial assistance can prioritize seeking necessary and proper gynecological care.
